Most office moves in Dubai happen on a Friday evening or across a weekend. We book the service lift, arrange the building permit at both addresses, and work overnight if needed. Your team leaves on Thursday and starts work on Monday.

We disconnect and label every cable and port before anything is unplugged, so reconnection is a matching exercise rather than guesswork. Servers and network equipment are packed in anti-static material and moved separately from furniture.

Four stages from first call to a working office.
We visit both addresses free of charge. We count workstations, check lift sizes and access at each end, note IT and any special items, and agree the move window with you.
You receive a written plan with the schedule, crew size, crate count and the labelling system, plus one fixed price. We apply for the building permits and book the service lifts at this stage.
Crates are delivered in advance so staff can pack their own desks. Our team then labels everything, dismantles workstations and disconnects IT with every cable tagged.
We move, rebuild the workstations to your floor plan, reconnect the IT and place every crate in its marked position. Empty crates are collected a few days later, once you have unpacked.
Office moving costs in Dubai are calculated per workstation and per volume, not by floor area. A ten-desk office moving between two towers with good lift access is a straightforward weekend job. A sixty-desk move with server relocation, storage and a phased handover is a project.
